I'm a new subscriber, what's my first box?
New subscribers who are ordering a CrunchPac for the very first time will receive “mix” CrunchPac as the first box in your subscription.
When will I be billed?
After you place your initial subscription order, you will be billed immediately for your first box shipment and as long as your subscription is active, you will continue being billed on the same day of the month going forward.
Can I return my snacks?
CruchPac, gourmet perishable snacks, and sometimes finds the items have short shelf lives. All items purchased are non-refundable. Since your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, if you happen to encounter any damaged items within your box, please do not hesitate to let us know through Amazon or our website so we can help.
How do I make changes to my subscription?
To make changes to your subscription, simply log into your Amazon account and go to the "Subscription" section. Or contact CrunchPac through our website.
How can I cancel?
We’d be sorry to see you go but understand circumstances change. Unfortunately, we cannot deactivate or cancel a subscription for you. You can cancel your subscription at any time on Amazon from Your Memberships and Subscriptions in Your Account. If you purchase through our website, please contact CrunchPac through our web help below.
